* MONEY BACK GUARANTEE — TERMS & CONDITIONS  

1- This offer is exclusively available to end consumers who have purchased the product for 
personal use. The guarantee does not apply to wholesale buyers, traders, distributors, or 
resellers of any kind. 

2- A refund request must be initiated within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the purchase date. 
Scan QR code for the claim process.  Claims received beyond this period will not be 
entertained under any circumstances. 

3- Valid proof of purchase is a non-negotiable pre-requisite for claim processing. Acceptable proof includes a retail purchase bill or online invoice. Claims submitted without valid proof will be automatically ineligible. 

4- All approved refunds (including postal/courier cost) will be disbursed exclusively via 
direct bank transfer to the consumer's verified bank account. No refunds will be made in cash, cheque, or any other form. 

5- This guarantee is limited to one claim per customer per household per calendar year. 
Duplicate or multiple claims from the same individual or address will be rejected. 

6- Taste is a subjective individual experience over which the Company has no control. 
The refund offered under this guarantee is a goodwill gesture by Rungta Tea Private Limited which is appreciated and thankfully acknowledged by the consumer and shall not be construed as an admission of product defect or quality, inferiority, or any other liability whatsoever. 

7- The company reserves the right to reject any claim that is determined to be fraudulent, 
mischievous,  duplicate, inconsistent with purchase history, or otherwise made in bad faith or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. 

8- All claims are subject to internal batch-level quality verification prior to processing. The 
company reserves the right to request additional information from the consumer to complete this verification. 

9- All disputes or differences arising from or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. 

10- Rungta Tea Private Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this guarantee offer at any time without prior notice.
