Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Rungta’s Tea, we take great pride in delivering the finest quality products. However, if you wish to cancel an order, please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

  • Once the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, we will be unable to entertain any cancellation request.

  • Orders involving perishable goods like tea leaves, gift boxes, or consumable items are not eligible for cancellation once processed.

Refunds & Replacements

  • We do not accept returns or replacements unless:

    • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or

    • Is not as described/shown on our website.

  • Such concerns must be raised with our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • After a thorough check at our end, if the issue is valid, we will initiate a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Products Under Manufacturer Warranty

  • For items covered under manufacturer warranties, please contact the respective brand/service center directly.

Refund Timelines

  • If your refund is approved, please allow 9–15 working days for the amount to reflect in your original mode of payment.
